Restore Apps:

  1. Tap "Apps" while viewing the home screen
  2. Tap "Backup" > "Restore"
  3. Browse for and select the backup file containing the data you wish to restore
  4. Tap "Restore"
  5. When the "Warning" window pops-up, tap "Yes"
  6. Wait for your smartphone to reboot and data should be restored

Restore Contacts:

  1. Open the apps drawer and tap "Backup"
  2. Go to "Restore" and select the desired backup file
  3. Tap "Restore" and press "Yes" to confirm
  4. Your phone will reboot and the contacts should be restored

Restore Media Files from a Windows Computer:

  1. Connect the LG Ultimate 2 to your computer via USB
  2. Tap "Media sync (MTP)" when prompted
  3. In the AutoPlay window on the computer, click "Open device to view files"
  4. Open another Windows Explorer window and find the media files backed up on your PC
  5. Copy the files, and transfer them in the first window, on the phone's storage
  6. After the transfer is done click the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon in the system tray, then click "Safely remove Mass Storage Device" > "OK"
  7. You can now disconnect your smartphone from the PC
