Transfer Audio Files from a Windows PC:
- Connect the LG G Stylo to your computer via USB
- At the prompt, tap Media Sync (MTP)
- Click Open device to view files and access the phones Ringtones and / or Notifications folder(s)
- Open a second Windows Explorer window and locate the music files on your computer
- Copy the files and transfer them on your phone, in the Ringtones / Notifications folder
- Once the transfer is done, click the mass storage icon in the system tray and Safely Remove Hardware
- Click Safely Remove Mass Storage Device > OK
- Its now OK to disconnect the smartphone from the USB connector
Change the Phones Ringtone:
- Tap Apps on the home screen
- Go to Settings and tap Sounds & notification
- Tap Ringtone
- Select the desired ringtone and tap OK
Change a Contacts Ringtone:
NOTE: You cant set custom ringtones to contacts stored on the SIM card or the Phone
- Tap Contacts on the home screen
- Go to the desired contact
- Tap the Edit button and select Ringtone
- Tap the ringtone you wish to use and press OK to confirm
Change the Notification Sound:
- Access the phones Settings menu
- Go to the Sound & notification tab
- Swipe to Advanced Settings
- Tap More > Notification sound
- Tap the desired ringtone to select it and press OK to confirm
