LG Optimus L90 D-415 Can't pass T-Mobile Screen!!

HI everyone. I'm new in the forums.

I came to this forum for try to find a solution to the problem on my phone. The phone is a LG Optimus L90 and it was working fine until 3 days ago.

If I turn on the phone the LG Logo take about 10 seconds or more in change to my carrier logo company T-Mobile. And then nothing else. I can't do a Hard reset. When the hard reset start The Android image disappear after 3 seconds and the phone restart again.

The battery is fine. I charge it yesterday until 90%. The phone let me see how was the charging status. But I can't find any physical buttons combination who help me to clear the cache, if this model allow that.

In my opinion the phone become unusable after a very important update was unsuccessfully downloaded and applied.

I want to know wish physical buttons combinations can let me clear cache or made some adjustments

Have you tried to reboot your phone?
Take the battery off for a while?

If your phone is under warranty then take it to the LG service shop. They will repair it for free

I agree, you'd better send it to service shop. They know the best.

The only solution will be take your phone to repair shop, as you can not repair it at home.
