lg306g name stuck in caller ID

I purchased a trackfone motorola 431g last June, and was stuck with a problem right off the bat. Seems that when I called someone, it said "KIM MARCOS" on their caller ID. Could not get rid of it. I am not KIM MARCOS. I complained to Tracfone about it- they said they would fix it. Well it never got fixed. Complained once again 2 weeks ago, they sent me a new phone. (LG306g). Love the phone over the Motorola I had before.
Yup, you guessed it. This phone says KIM MARCOS on other people's Caller ID.
Who is KIM MARCOS, What is KIM MARCOS? No one answers my calls-they just delete KIM MARCOS. PPPPPPPPPPPPPPlease help me.
How do I get rid of KIM MARCOS and put my name on their screen where it belongs.

Have you tried to edit/reinstall your phone software? I think that would be useful and should help.

Which carrier service you have, you can change it when you place a call.

Morning Joe, Good to hear from ya. This whole show is run by "Tracfone". They sell you the phone (Cheap), You buy the minutes on little cards and activate them and the phone. Great deal for Seniors that only call their wife once in a while. I've talked 22 minutes since June. I think they run it, and you take what you get, or no dinner tonight. You can see the phones and prices on Amazon.com. Just type in LG306G. The big mystery still is why is "KIM MARCOS" is in both of the phones. I'm gonna find out if it kills me.

If you are still looking for it, carry on. I have already clear that you can change it if you want. You can also call the company and ask why you have this name and when it was updated.

Good morning Ankit, I don't think I can reinstall the phone software as I have a certain amount of minutes purchased and I will lose them all if I reload the phone. The service provider is "Tracfone" like I told Joe. Bout ready to throw this thing in the garbage. Thanks for help.
