Clear App Cache / Data:

NOTE: In case one of your third party applications doesn’t work as it should or takes up too much storage inexplicably, you can try fixing these problems by clearing the application’s cache / data.

WARNING! When clearing an app’s data, all personal information stored within the app, such as login and credit card information, profiles, saved games, settings, high scores etc. will be deleted. As such, it’s recommended to try fixing the problems by clearing only the app’s cache. By doing so you will avoid losing personal information.

  3. Go to the “General” tab if necessary
  4. Under “Phone Management”, tap “Apps”
  5. Access the “Downloaded” or “All” screen
  6. Select the desired application
  7. Tap “Clear cache”
  8. If wiping the cache didn’t help, you can tap “Clear data” > “Yes”

  3. From the power management pop-up, tap and hold “Power off”

  5. After the phone restarts, a “Safe Mode” label should be displayed in the lower-left area of the home screen
  6. Once in safe mode, open the “Settings”
  7. If necessary, access the “General” tab
  8. Scroll to “Phone management” and tap “Apps”
  9. Go to “Downloaded” and select the desired application
