Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Swipe the “Notification” bar down on the home screen
  2. Launch “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding” under “Incoming call”
  5. Select “Always forward”
  6. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or tap “Contacts” and select a contact to forward calls to
  7. Tap “Turn on”

Enable Conditional Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Under “Forward if”, select to forward incoming calls if “Unanswered”, “Unreachable”, or “Busy”
  4. Edit or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or alternatively, tap “Contacts” and select one from the phonebook
  5. Tap “Update” / “Turn on”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Select the forwarding option you want to disable
  4. Tap “Turn off”

Block Incoming Calls From a Contact / Phone Number:

  1. Access the “Settings” menu
  2. Tap “Call” > “Decline and reject calls”
  3. Tap “Reject calls from”
  4. Tap “+” and follow one of the steps below:
    • To block a call log entry or phone number: select it and tap “Done”
    • To block a contact: select the desired contact and tap “Done”
    • To block a new phone number: enter the phone number and tap “Save”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Settings”
  2. Tap “Call” > “Decline and reject calls”
  3. Tap “Reject calls from”
  4. Tap the “Trash can” icon
  5. Select the phone number you want to unblock and tap “Delete”
  6. Tap “Yes” to confirm

Block Messages:

  1. Launch “Messaging”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Register spam numbers”
  3. Select whether or not to “Delete all messages of the selected number”
  4. Tap “Yes” to confirm

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messaging”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Spam manager”
  4. Go to “Spam settings” > “Spam numbers”
  5. Tap the “Trash can” icon associated with the phone number you want to unblock
  6. Tap “Delete” > “Yes”
