Clear the Cache Partition:
NOTE: If your phone crashes, freezes, runs out of storage inexplicably or doesnt work as intended and youre considering factory resetting it, you can try clearing the phones cache partition instead. Doing so can yield results similar to a factory reset, without losing any personal data stored on the phones internal memory.
- Open Settings
- Go to the General tab if necessary
- Tap Storage
- Wait for the phone to calculate the data
- When done, tap Cache data > Yes to clear the cache partition
NOTE: If wiping the cache partition didnt help, you can visit this thread for a guide on how to factory reset the device instead.

- Tap OK when prompted to reboot in Safe Mode

- Go to Apps and make sure you view All apps
- Select the desired app and tap Uninstall > OK
- To exit Safe Mode, reboot your phone as you normally would. Simply press & hold Power then tap Power off and restart
