Sync iPhone Contacts with Google via iTunes:

NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer connected to the Internet, you can sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account. Then you can sync the account data, including contacts, with the Android phone.

  1. Open iTunes on the computer
  2. Connect the iPhone to the computer via USB
  3. Access “Info” and enable “Sync Contacts With”
  4. Select “Google Contacts” from the drop-down menu
  5. Sign in with your Google account. Alternatively, click “Configure” and select an existing account
  6. Click “Apply” to begin the sync
  7. Once the sync is complete, switch to the LG phone and sign in with the same Google account used in iTunes
  8. Set the account so that it can sync contacts with your Android phone

Share iPhone Contacts from iCloud Backup:

NOTE: If your iPhone contacts have already been backed up on your iCloud account, you can access the account on a computer with an active Internet connection and export the contacts in vCard format for Android use.

  1. Open the Internet browser on the computer
  2. Visit https://www.icloud.com/ and sign in with your iCloud account
  3. Go to “Contacts”
  4. Select the desired contacts and click “Settings”
  5. Click “Export vCard”
  6. After the vCard has been downloaded on the PC, follow one of the steps below:
    • Open the Internet browser on the computer and import the vCard to “Google Contacts”, or:
    • Connect the LG K10 (2017) to your computer via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage, and use “Contacts” to import it to your phonebook

Using “My Contacts Backup”:

NOTE: Although the two methods above require a computer with an active Internet connection, alternatively you can share your contacts using third party applications. My Contacts Backup is an iOS app that can back up and share iPhone contacts via email.

  1. Visit the App Store and install “My Contacts Backup” on the iPhone
  2. Open the app and tap “Backup”
  3. Once the backup is done, tap “Email”
  4. Make sure the vCard is attached to the email and send it to your own address
  5. Switch to the LG K10 (2017), open the email and download the attachment
  6. Import the vCard to your phonebook using “Contacts”

Using “Send Anywhere”:

NOTE: Another third party app which can be used to share iPhone contacts is Send Anywhere. The app uses a peer-2-peer connection to transfer a variety of vile types, including contacts, cross-platform without requiring a computer.

  1. Go to the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
  2. Launch the Play Store and install the same app on the LG device
  3. Open the app on both devices
  4. On the iPhone, tap “Send” > “Contacts”
  5. Select the desired contacts to share and tap “Send”
  6. Lastly, select the desired transfer method and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process
