Good Evening,

Thank you for reading / responding if you choose to do so.

I currently am using a screen damaged iphone 5c that is working on the Verizon network. I have a friend who works for AT&T who gave me a AT&T branded LG G5 not knowing if it would work but thought it was worth a try. I have was able to have the LG phone unlocked through a third party website which sent codes. The phone appears to be unlocked, can access the internet but will not connect to the Verizon Mobile Network. The SIM card is recognized and appears to show the Verizon 4GLTE but gives an error message when i attempt to make calls.

I've set up the Verizon APN which is allowing me to receive email from microsoft exchange account and access the internet. Going to the Verizon store i've been told a couple different things and just want to see if this is worth pursuing. So far i've been told

1). AT&T Android phones are not compatible, even when unlocked, with Verizon
2). Iphone sim Cards are not compatible with Androids

Thanks again for reading - any information would be greatly appreciated.
