Suddenly, when my friend sends me a text message from his iphone, I get pinging sounds and a dark screen. I have the LG G5. I got no problems in the past. He sends the messages using Sprint and I use AT&T. What could the problem be? Neither phones are blocked, We get messages from other phones with no problems.
