Block Incoming Calls from a Contact:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs’
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Tap “Call blocking & decline with message”
  5. Tap “Blocked numbers”
  6. Go to “Call logs” “Contacts” or tap “New number”
  7. Enter or select the contact/phone number you want to block
  8. Tap “Done”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone” and access “Call logs”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “call settings”
  3. Tap “Call blocking & decline with message”
  4. Tap “Blocked numbers” and the “Trash can” icon associated with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
  5. Tap “Remove” to confirm

Block Incoming Messages from a Contact:

  1. Open “Messaging”
  2. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Block numbers”
  4. Tap “Block”

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messaging”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Message blocking”
  4. Tap “Blocked numbers”
  5. Tap the “Trash can” icon associated with the contact/phone number you want to unblock

Reset the Call Log:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Clear all”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu”
  4. Go to “Call settings” and expand “Advanced”
  5. Tap “Call forwarding” and select “Always forward”
  6. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
  7. Tap “Turn On”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding”
  5. Tap “Turn Off”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding”
  5. Under “Forward if” select “Unreachable” “Unanswered” or “Busy”
  6. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select an existing contact from the phonebook
  7. Tap “Turn On”

Disable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone’
  2. Tap “Call logs” > “Menu”
  3. Tap “Call settings”
  4. Expand “Advanced” and go to “Call forwarding”
  5. Select the forwarding option you want to disable and tap “Turn Off”
