Block Calls from a Contact:

  1. Launch “phone” and go to ‘Call logs’
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  3. Tap “Call blocking & Decline with messages”
  4. Go to “Blocked numbers” and select “Call logs” “Contacts” or “New number”
  5. Add the phone number you want to block or select it from Contacts or Call logs
  6. Tap “Done”

Unblock Incoming Calls from a Contact:

  1. Open “Phone” and go to “Call logs”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Call settings”
  4. Tap “Call blocking & Decline with messages”
  5. Tap “Blocked numbers”
  6. Tap the “Trash can” icon next to the phone number/contact you want to unblock
  7. Tap “Remove” to confirm

Block Incoming Messages from a Contact:

  1. Launch “Messaging”
  2. Tap the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Block numbers”
  4. Tap “Block”

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch “Messaging”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Message blocking” > “Blocked numbers”
  4. Tap the “Trash can” icon next to the phone number/contact you want to unblock

Reset the Call Log:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu’ > “Clear all”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Expand “Advanced” and tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Select “Always forward”
  6. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding. Alternatively select an existing contact
  7. Tap “Turn On”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings” > “more”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding” and turn the feature OFF

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and access “Call logs”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  3. Tap “More” > “call forwarding”
  4. Under “Forward if” select “Unanswered” “Unreachable” or “Busy”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Turn On”

Disable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “call settings”
  4. Expand “Advanced” and tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Select the forwarding option you want to disable and tap “Turn Off”
