Block Calls from a Contact:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs”
  3. Tap “menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Tap “Call blocking & Decline with messages”
  5. Access “Blocked numbers”
  6. Select “Call logs” “Contacts” or “New number”
  7. Enter the phone number you want to block or select it from Call Logs or Contacts
  8. Tap “Done”

Unblock Incoming Calls from a Contact:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Tap “Call blocking & Decline with messages”
  5. Tap “Blocked numbers” and then tap the “Trash can” icon associated with the contact/number you want to unblock
  6. Tap “Remove”

Block Incoming Messages from a Contact:

  1. Launch “Messaging”
  2. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Block numbers” > “Block”

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messaging”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Message blocking”
  4. Tap “Blocked numbers” and then tap the “Trash can” icon associated with the contact/phone number you want to unblock

Clear the Call Log:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu”
  4. Tap “Clear all”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Expand “Advanced”
  5. Tap “Call forwarding” and select “Always forward”
  6. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
  7. Tap “Turn On”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding” and disable the feature

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding”
  5. Under “Forward if” select “Unreachable” “Unanswered” or “Busy”
  6. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
  7. Tap “Turn On”

Disable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Expand “Advanced” and tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Select the forwarding option you want to disable
  6. Tap “Turn Off”
