Hi Everyone,

My LGM-K120L 10 cellphone gets stuck in a bootloop when I turn it on. It will start up and show the LG logo, then the main screen will come on like normal. A second later the phone will cycle back to the LG logo and it will repeat the startup again. I have tried getting a new battery and replacing the battery but this did not solve the issue. Does anybody know a way to fix this? I have contacts and data saved on this phone that I would like to keep.
