PLZ HELP ME OR I'll KILL MPT!!!!

I have a v400...i got mpt to work about 2 weeks ago, got some ringtones and picts on and off the phone...Started it up one day, didnt work, so i uninstalled and havent been able to re-install yet. Just got 3.19 installed, tried "setting" it up...and it wont "create a modem" which it says I despretaly need in order for the program to work. It now loads up into the phone avatar, with my V400 on there, and then it wont "Initialize"...and says that "Phone is not connect"...why?!! HELP ME PLZ!!! morphious31 at the hotmail and joshthecabanaboy on AIM...plz get in contact with me..i need to fix this quick or I'll kill MPT
