Someone Please Help! Rokr Problems!

hey guys... i'm new to the forums and was wondering if anyone has any tips for me and my cell phone problems. i've had my rokr for a while and just recently the battery completey gave out. it just died and didn't even work while it was plugged in... so i bought a new battery and everything started working fine again. but my itunes doesn't work. i've tried everything. i press the music note button and i go through the menu and it still wont work. i plugged it into the computer and the computer read it and showed me my list of songs but i just can't access it and get it to show up on the cell phone screen. if anyone knows how to fix this problem it would help very much! thanks!

i sitll haven't fixed this problem... i'm bumping this thread to see if anyone knows how... or if anyone knows where i can find out how to fix it... please if u could help at all i would appreciate it very much.
