If I change carriers from AT&T to Sprint can I still use my RAZR V3 by just changing the SIM card?

I should have added that I purchased the phone online and it is an unlocked phone.

If you have had it with AT&T for some reason (and there are plenty of reasons to have had it with AT&T), you can switch to T-Mobile where you would likely find compatibility for your phone since both AT&T and T-Mobile are GSM carriers.
Other than the exception noted above, it is not likely that you can take one phone from one carrier to a new carrier. The networks are generally not compatible.
