Motorola RAZR V3a Pink: Phone Won't Turn ON

I have this old Motorola Razr and all my contacts are saved on the phone, not the SIM. Suddenly the phone won't turn on. Or rather, the pad lights up and goes off over and over again. But nothing on the screen. These are important contacts and I have to access them. Any ideas?

I think the problem is in CPU of the mobile. So better to contact with nearest Motorola Care.
