Forward All Calls:

  1. On the home screen, tap “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select “Always forward” and tap “Enable”

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “Menu” and access “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Update” / “Enable”

Turn Off Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call settings” and tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Tap to disable “Always forward”, “When unanswered”, “When busy” or “When unreachable”
  5. Tap “Disable”

Block Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access the “All contacts” tab
  3. Select the contact you want to block and tap “Edit”
  4. Tap “Menu” and turn on “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts” and go to “All Contacts”
  2. Tap the contact you wish to unblock
  3. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  4. Tap to disable “All calls to voicemail”
