Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All Contacts”
  3. Select the contact/phone number you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the contacts you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Incoming Messages in Google Messenger:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch Google “Messenger”
  3. Select the message thread exchanged with the phone number/ contact you want toblcok
  4. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  5. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: The blocked conversation thread and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived, and you will not receive notifications for archived messages.

Unblock Messages in Google Messenger:

  1. Launch Google “Messenger”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Archived”
  4. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to unblock
  5. Tap “Menu”
  6. Go to “Unarchive” and tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  7. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Settings”
  4. Go to “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if not supported by your carrier)
  5. Edit or enter the contact/phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Enable” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Choose to forward incoming calls “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy”
  6. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  7. Tap “Update” / “Enable” to confirm

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
  6. Tap “Disable” to confirm
