Create a New Contact:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “Contacts”
  3. Go to “All Contacts”
  4. Tap “+” and select an account with which to sync the contact
  5. Enter the contact’s phone number, name, and other details in the appropriate fields
  6. Tap “Done” to confirm

Import/Export Contacts:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Import/Export”
  3. Select to “Import from storage”, “Import from SIM card” or “Export to storage”
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process

Assign Contacts to a Speed Dial:

  1. Tap and hold an empty area on the home screen
  2. Access “Widgets”
  3. Drag and drop the “Direct Dial” widget in an empty area on the home screen
  4. When prompted, select the contact you want to associate with the widget

NOTE: By repeating the steps above you can add multiple Direct Dial widget on an empty area on the home screen. In addition, you can organize these widgets in folders on the home screen by dragging and dropping one Direct Dial widget over another.

Delete a Contact:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All Contacts”
  3. Select the desired contact and tap “Edit”
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Delete”
  5. Press “OK” to confirm

Reset the Call Log:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call history”
  3. Select a call log entry for more details
  4. To reset the call log, tap “Menu” > “Clear history”
  5. Tap “Clear call log”

Create a New Caller Group via Contact:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All Contacts”
  3. Select the desired contact
  4. Access “More Fields” > “Group name”
  5. Tap “Create new group” and enter the desired group’s name
  6. Tap “OK” to confirm

Assign Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All Contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to add to the group
  4. Tap “Edit” > “More Fields”
  5. Tap “Group name” and select the desired caller group
  6. Tap “OK” to confirm
