Share iPhone Contacts via iTunes:

NOTE: You can use iTunes on a computer with Internet access to sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account. Then you can sync the account data, and contacts, with the Android device.

  1. Connect the iPhone to the computer via USB
  2. Launch iTunes on the PC
  3. In iTunes, click the iPhone and go to “Info”
  4. Enable “Sync Contacts With” and select “Google Contacts” from the drop-down menu
  5. Log in with your Google account or click “Configure” and select an existing account
  6. Click “Apply” to start the sync
  7. Once done, log in with the same account on the Android device and allow the account to sync contacts with the phone

Share iPhone Contacts via iCloud:

NOTE: If your iPhone contacts are backed up with your iCloud account, you can log in to the account on a computer with Internet access and export the contacts in a vCard file for use on the Android device.

  1. Launch the Internet browser on the computer
  2. Head down to https://www.icloud.com/
  3. Log in with your iCloud account
  4. Go to “Contacts”
  5. Select the desired contacts and click “Settings” > “Export vCard”
  6. After the transfer is done, follow one of the steps below:
    • Open the Internet browser on the computer and import the vCard to your phonebook via Google Contacts, or:
    • Connect the Android device to the PC via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage and import it to your phonebook via “Contacts”

Using My Contacts Backup:

NOTE: While the methods above require a computer with internet access, you can also share your iPhone contacts using third-party apps like My Contacts Backup for Android and iOS. The app can back up and share contacts via email.

  1. Install the app on the iPhone from the App Store
  2. Open the app and create a vCard backup file containing your iPhone contacts
  3. Compose an email ensuring the vCard is attached
  4. Send the vCard to your own email address
  5. ON the Android phone, open the email and download the vCard
  6. Import the vCard to your phonebook using the “Contacts” app

Using Send Anywhere:

NOTE: Send Anywhere is another third-party app for Android and iOS you can use to share your iPhone contact. The app uses a peer-to-peer connection to share contacts and other file types without requiring computer access.

  1. Install the app on both phones from the App Store and Play Store
  2. Launch the app on both devices
  3. On the iPhone, tap “Send” and select the desired contacts
  4. Select a transfer method on one of the phones and follow the prompts to complete the process
