    Hey guys,

I recently got a i860 and I am looking to get a USB or serial data cable (which is better, I'd rather have USB for simplicity) to connect my phone to my PC. I found a cable for sale on the net for $17

    http://www.google.com/url?sa=U&start...le.html&e=7388

but I'd rather buy one in a store for convenience purposes. Anyone know where I can buy one in NYC?

Also where can I get software to link the phone and PC together so I can have free ring tones, games, wallpapers etc.?

    Thanks a bunch!

one thing at a time, get a cable, you can get them almost anywhere, actually the serial cable is easier to use but the usb is faster. there have been issues with the usb cables although mine works fine. one you get the cable pm or im me and I will send you the link the the programs you will need.

Yeah USb is the way to go. You can get the USB drivers from motorola.com.
Goto www.psc4lessllc.com and they have USb data cables for $13. Thats the cheapest ive found. Going to a Nextel dealer your gonna pay any where from $25-$40.
