HELP!!! Unlock code for Nextel i265 phone

I recently gave my old cell phone (nextel i265) to a friend to use....she took out my SIM card and put her own in but says that the phone is locked......What do I do? Please help!!!!!!

what exactly does the i265 say? phone locked? subsity locked?sim locked? enter special code? (if problem not solved)

I am really really sorry but i'm having a hard time understanding this.
Correct me if i'm wrong but..you mean it says "carrier not supported"? To what carrier does that sim card belong too?

My phone nextel i425 this giving this error, when I changed my chip

since that is a new boost model..its kinda hard to find the right place to unlock it, this is a boost phone not nextel, and thats why it cannot work. look in your nearest sprint/nextel stores to unlock, they will normally charge you about $15 to $25. Good Luck.
