help with i580

i got this i580 off ebay.phone works good .when i called nextel to add text message they told me my phone was on a negative file.is there any hope of getting text messaging on this phone .

This might work....What was your old phone model? sim card type?

If its an old condor phone with a 32k sim card, dont even try it..(its a lot possible to see a fat kid win in dodgeball)

If its a falcon phone that uses a 64k sim, its more like a 50/50 thing.

If its a falcon phone that uses a 128k sim..about 90% chance it will work.

Call customer service and tell them that you want to activate ur old phone back (they know you have a lost/stolen phone), Give them your old serial number,once activated..make sure text is working FINE. Then just insert your sim to the i580.
