blocking or interfering with a GPS tracking signal

Hi there...I have a question about a GPS "locating" service I have on my fiance's phone . omy fiance cheated on me and agreed to have a locating device on our service plan so he could "prove" he will not go near her house and will not lie about where he is. I am simply wondering if there us any way for someone to scramble tyhe signal or "bounce"it somewhere wlse or interfere with the signal if he were trying tolie or say he is somewhere that he isn't ??? Aside from turning the phone off or turning the location off or turning it to "airplane mode"....is there any other way for him to stop this GPS tracking ? Thanks for yourt time

That is called 'Belling the Cat." It sounds good in theory but the execution is tough. If you cannot trust your fiancé when he promises not to visit the other person, how can you trust him to keep the locator active? There is no locator for the other person. It is simple for them to meet somewhere else.
