Add a Contact:

  1. On the Start screen, tap “People”
  2. Access “Contacts”
  3. Tap “+” and select an account if necessary
  4. Enter the contact’s name, phone number, and other details in the proper fields
  5. When you’re done editing the contact, tap “Save”

Create a Contact from Call History:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the Start screen
  2. Access “History”
  3. Tap the contact icon next to the phone number you want to store
  4. Tap “Save” > “+”
  5. Enter the contact’s details, and select an account to sync with, if necessary
  6. When ready, tap “Save”

Create a Contact from a Message:

  1. Tap “Messaging” on the Start screen
  2. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number you wish to save
  3. Tap “Save” > “+”
  4. Enter the contact’s name and other details
  5. Tap “Save”

Import Contacts from the SIM Card:

  1. Open “People”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Import from SIM”
  4. If necessary, select an account
  5. Tap “Next” > “Import” to import all contacts
  6. To import contacts individually, tap “Clear” and check the boxes associated only with the desired contacts

Link / Unlink Contacts:

  1. Tap “People” on the Start screen
  2. Open “Contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to link and tap the “Link” icon
  4. Tap “Select a contact to link” and tap the desired contact
  5. To unlink a contact, first select it, then tap the “Link” icon. Next, select the contact to unlink from and tap “unlink”

Create a Caller Group:

  1. Tap “People” on the Start screen
  2. Go to “Groups”
  3. Tap “+” and enter a name for the group
  4. Tap “Save” > “Edit”
  5. Tap “+ Add member” and choose a contact. NOTE: To add multiple contacts to the group, tap the check boxes next to their names
  6. When ready, tap “Done”

Add a Contact to an Existing Group:

  1. Tap the “People” tile
  2. Access “Groups”
  3. Tap the desired group
  4. Tap “Edit” > “+ Add member”
  5. Select the contact you want to add to the group

Remove a Contact from a Group:

  1. Tap “People” on the Start screen
  2. Go to “Groups” and select the desired group
  3. Tap “Edit” and select the contact you want to remove
  4. Tap “Remove from group”

Rename a Caller Group:

  1. Tap “People” and go to “Groups”
  2. Select the desired group
  3. Tap “Edit” and enter a different name for the group
  4. Tap “Done”

Delete a Caller Group:

  1. Open “People”
  2. Access “Groups”
  3. Select the desired group and tap “Menu”
  4. Tap “Delete”
