Block Calls:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the Start screen
  2. Tap the “History” tab
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Blocked calls”
  4. Press “Menu” again and access “Block list”
  5. Tap “+” and enter the phone number you want to block
  6. Tap “Block” to confirm

Unblock Calls:

  1. From the Start screen, tap the “Phone” tile
  2. Access the “History” screen
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Blocked calls”
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Block list”
  5. Tap & hold the contact / phone number you want to unblock
  6. Tap “Unblock number”

Add a Contact to Speed Dial:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap the “Speed dial” tab
  3. Tap “+” and select the contact you wish to add to speed dialing
  4. You can access your favorite contacts / phone numbers from the “Speed dial” tab
  5. To remove a contact, access the “Speed dial” tab, tap & hold the desired contact / phone number, and tap “Delete”

Enable Conference Calling:

NOTE: During an ongoing phone call you can start a conference call by following the steps below:

  1. Tap “+ Add call”
  2. Select a contact, or type the phone number you want to add to the conference
  3. Once the second call connects, tap “merge calls”
  4. To separate calls, tap “private” and select one of the callers
  5. To switch between callers, tap the “tap to swap” bar at the top of the screen
  6. To disconnect from a caller, tap “End call” while the other caller is on hold
  7. To end a conference call, go to the “Conference “screen and tap “End call”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the Start screen
  2. Tap “Menu” and go to “Settings”
  3. Tap “Change more settings for phone”
  4. Tap the switch associated with “Call forwarding” and enable it
  5. Tap “Forward calls to” and enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding

Turn Off Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Change more settings for phone”
  4. Tap the “Call forwarding” switch and set it to “Off”
