I recently used the Nokia Content Copier to transfer several contacts from a 6310i to a PC, as the phone had to be erased. When I then restored the backup to the phone, all the numbers were there but the names which were not in English (around 450 were in Arabic) all appeared as question marks.

Have I lost the data for good? Both the phone and the PC (running XP) had Arabic support. I was using Pc Suite v5.0.
