Hey! I have a Nokia 3120 and I want to switch to the Sony Ericsson Z500A. Will I have to go through the process of a new number and a contract? If possible can I get a really thorough explanation? Just so I don't misunderstand anything! Thanks!

well if you want to switch phones with the same provider then i see why it should be a prob! just put the sim you have in ur nokia into the sony ericsson! cuz the sim stores ur numbers and ur cellular information! im 99.99% positive that u wont have to get new numbers! you should call up ur provider just to make sure that its possible! hope this helped

Yup, don't think u need to change ur number if u stay with the same provider.... change of contract depends on whether u want to sign up a new contract or sing up another 2 years but with the same contract i guess

make sure you copy all your contacts to the sim card first as the common storage memory is the phone

just copy all pictures, sounds, tel. numbers to your sim. And the new phone must work on your current providet otherwise you will have to unlock it.
