Nokia N80 help!!!!

I just purchased a Nokia N80 today and I can not find in the manual where I could set the call answer mode. I want to be able to have it in the ring&vibrate mode because I work in a noisy environment. I then want to set the phone to silent at certain times. I also find that when I go to the contact screen to search for my contacts I have to go to options and select sim card contacts. Is there any way I can just select contacts and have it default to my sim card contacts. Thank you for all your help in advance.

Go to the 1) Menu
2) Tools
3) Profile
4) select any of the profiles listed
5) options at the bottom right
6) personalise
there you can set ringtones and viberators etc..
