E71 Chinese firmware

I just got me E71 phone.
Firmware is E71-2(330.03)
I want to install chinese firmware.
How can I do it?
I want to be able to read chinese.

Also, for the Ovi Map, I downloaded the new one which is free.
However, I still need to connect to the internet in order to get directions.
Is there any way that I can do it offline?
I have no data plan...

I found out how to flash my phone now. I just need to find the firmware from Asia.
Ovi map can work offline. You only need to change the setting to offline upon launch.
