What can i do can solve the problem

As time goes by,the mobile phone is more and more important.And there is some problems with my mobile phone.Sometimes my E66 will down by itself,Is there any wrong with my phone?Is problems with the mobile phone's software ?I am worry about it and reply is expected.

S60 is not a good OS. My sister's E61 has the same problem.

E66 was a good phone but maybe it's time for you to grab a new one? Choose a phone that has a nice OS to begin with and has a good support from the manufacturer when it comes to firmware updates

I think some software problem in your E66 mobile. It is better to contact your local service center.

Every symbian s60 3rd got the same problem. You only can upgrade your new firmware.

My girlfriend is facing the same problem. She is also using Nokia E66.
