Recommend me a phone

Decent camera
Can play video
Decent LCD
T9 w/ability to add words not already in dic
Dual sim w/ability to have both sims operational at the same time
Unlocked
$100 range or less

I guess I'm basically looking for something like the Nokia 6300 but with Dual sim operating at the same time.

Any recommendations?

I don't know about dual sim but let me know what you think abou the Nokia X2.
