this question has troubled me,and maybe a stupid question,i just want to know why does Nokia don't use high frequency CPU?

If I were to guess I would say to keep costs down. I'm sure they can build a phone with a 1gz dual core processor, but will it cost more than it's worth? Probably. Would they sell? Maybe. Is there a better market for super fast Android phones? Yes.

i think your guess is right,keep the cost down at the same time can save and make more money,but i think Nokia company has really earned much money so far...
