VW Touarege nokia bluetooth car prep

Hi All !
Bought 08 VW Touareg which has factory installed bluetooth (made by nokia I think) I have tried to pair up samsung phones and an old nokia I had at work - no luck. Had no response to my e-mails from head office and the dealer has'nt a clue.

One phone retailer suggested nokia E prefix phones might work.

Any ideas?
