You can use a nokia converter (google)... or search for rttl files.

The newest batch of Nokia phones all support polyphonic ringtones.. 4 note polyphony.. And can support SP-Midi (Scalable Polyphonic Midi)..
www.nokia.com has NOKIA DATA SUITE 5.0 which can upload both regular ringtones and convert MIDI files to SP-MIDI (You can set track priority and the max. number of polyphony when it exceeds 4 notes) It takes some tinkering with.. but the new phones really sound amazing when they ring.. and EVERYBODY looks at you.. =P
