I have a pre-paid phone that I use whenever I go to Australia. Have not used it for over a year and the sim is now unregistered. I will get a new sim when I am on an overnight layover in sydney, but my concern is that I will be spending my vacation in melbourne, so will the sim card and phone number I get in sydney be regarded as long distance calls when I am in melbourne?
