If you don't already know, it is very important or at least recommended that you change your BlackBerry battery every 18 months to get the best performance from your BlackBerry. For US Cellular customer, it's already been announced that US Cellular will be offering a new battery swap for their customers. This plan allows US Cellular customrs to swap their dead battery for a new one if you bought your phone in the last 18 months and having trouble with the lifespan of the batter.
