BLACKBERRY 8830 World Edition unlocked

Hi,
I've had my Blackberry 8830 World Edition for over
3 years with no service. I would certainly appreciate it
if i can have it unlocked for ATT or T-MOBILE, the phone
has no provider, i cant afford buying the code online, and i
cant find anyone who can unlock it for me.
