I've got a Samsung E105 with T-Mobile, and I use its infrared connector to send my tones right to my phone, charge-free (I love this board!) but it's very possible that your phone has a data cable available. Unfortunately I'm not familiar with the Sony model you have, so I can't be of more assistance.. you might try posting this in the Sony forum?

    hifi ringers cont..

i now have a e-715, i just have not changed that on my profile yet~. i do send ringtones inferred, i been doing that for awhile now, but i cant send real ringtones threw it, like that tones that actually sing, i tried to change it to mmf, but it still said cant send, so what i wanted to know was how to rename it or format it diffrently or something, or can you send it threw your e-mail to your phone.

oh oh oh.. i gotcha man. if you have the ringers in WAV format, i have a neat little program that can convert the wav's into MMF format legitly, so that it would fit onto your phone... it'll only convert short wav files though, only about 10-15 seconds, or else the file will be too big to put on the phone. if they are mp3 tones, then you can use any media converter (i use dbPowerAmp) to convert the mp3 to wav, and then use the wav to mmf. if you're interested in a program like that, i'll find the link to it for you.

I don't think the e-715 takes files larger then 50 kb so what I usually do is I change mp3s on my computer to decompressed wave files using winamp and then I chop a piece of the song so that the file size will fit, then change it to an mmf file and email it to my Hidden Content ....u got any songs from that site u could share?

yea its probably gonna sound like i'm speaking another language to you..the actual steps/process isn't very hard, it's just that I'm not sure I know how to explain it with you understanding me..that and I use an older version of winamp and they most likely have changed some options around on the most up to date version
