question is what ringtones, i mean it could be anything and all we have is your word that they're good, also, they are only polytones right? no voice ringers? and as far as the program you are requesting what do you mean to resize and change extensions, you need to be more specific as to what you need the program to do, it would help those trying to take advantage of your deal.

1 voice ringer, the rest are poly, rap, R&B, POP, National anthems, Rock, etc...
And for the program, i need a JPG to GIF converter, and to convert an image of a large size (per say 680x240), to 128x160 (pixels)

The simplest would be mspaint, open as jpef save as gif, but you will loose a lot of the quality! And you can stretch the image in mspaint to using strecth/skew, just do a bit of math to work out wat % you need, or keep trying til you get it right!

yea you do lose a lot of quality when you convert it to gif, especially with mspaint since its such a basic program, does it need to be a gif file for a specific reason? Is it because of compatibility with your phone?

It looks like he has a Samsung E105 like me, which only accepts GIFs. What I do is use a nifty little program called "Hidden Content ". Using this program, I bring in two copies of the same 128x128 file (for example, picture.bmp or picture.png, something of high quality), set the timeslots to 1/100 of a second, and it makes a perfect quality 128x128 gif for your phone. The best part? It reduces file size by a ton while keeping the same quality! Anything larger than 128x128, however, will come out with an ugly "FREE TRIAL!" watermark tag on it.. Hidden Content so lucky us! Enjoy!

if anything could ever be this good again

edit: just re-read your post and noticed that you needed 128x160 pictures... this must not be for the E105 then? Give that program a shot anyway, it might still work!

Well, while the screen's actual display size is 128x160 pixels, the visible (read: usable graphic) area of the screen is only 128x128. The other 32 pixels of height are split on the top and bottom for the battery indicator, menu options, etc. Therefore, if you try to put a 128x160 object on the screen, it would either cut off the top and bottom or display only the top 128x128 pixels (I'm not sure because I've always used 128x128 graphics just in case). Hope this helps!
