Ringtone Media Studio?

I got an email about this new product called Ringtone Media Stuido and was wondering if anyone has tried it?

it says it has over 5000 ring tones and walpapers and it's a one time 19.95 fee, is this true?
There was also a promtional offer to get 15% off.. Code was tech66
I know it's not a whole lot of money but i'm always worried about "hidden fees"..

If anyone has used it, i'd apreciate the feedback.

Why don't you download it and use the evaluation version? If you like it so much, you can probably find a serial/crack out there on the web. Many programs I have gotten and am using now I get cracks/serials for and they're working fine.
