there, you will find tons of programs that will help you.

once you find a program, you can head over to phazeddl.com to search for cracks for the program you choose.

I am not 100% forsure on the type of method you must follow, but I do aggree with you that you will need the full program to make this happen.

Anyway, once you figure this out can you pm me, or leave a post on the forum...

I found this program recently. I have tested it and it does work. Only thing is, I cannot test out the ringer because my phone is not amr compatible.

This is for wav to amr / mp3 as well as amr to wav.
If any of you try it, post some feedback.
