Phone has broken bell

Hello. My phone fell into the water but the other functions still work normally, only the sound in the machine is no sound, when a call to the ringtone of the machine. I want Hidden Content . So I want to ask is that because my phone falls into the water so the bell is broken? How can I overcome this, can someone help me? thank you !
