It's still impossible.
Or maybe there's some conventor, but that's for 1 track only.

It is impossible.
You can get automatic transcribing software that can pick out chords, but it only works on really basic tunes and its hard to get right...nothing a computer can do compares to the human ear though (yet)

Roofio is right.....................unless someone has come up with a new program in the last two days!
Midi is too simple a format. Wav and Mp3 are not electronic and therefore cannot be put into midi format.
Although there are plenty of excellent midi writers out there

There are 2 softwares I know of. i am giving you a list of names, but if you don't have time to waste don't even try them cause the results are ridiculous:
