I run a company that distributes used devices, mostly Blackberries and in some instances HTC devices.

I often have hundreds of Blackberries on hand, but it varies type to type. Recently have had tons of 7290s, 8700s, Curves, and Pearls as a result of high turnover for the Tour / Bold / 8900 coming online.

I'm happy to meet new buyers, but only work with customers who have outstanding credit and the ability to pay upon shipment.

Minimum order differs by type of devices, but generally we don't sell less than 50 devices at a time.

I'd be really careful of CellPex. I know some people who have had great experiences (I've been lucky enough to find a couple of extremely reliable customers there) but have unfortunately been burned there as well.

The best advice that I can offer is:

- Do a credit check before working with any supplier or customer
- Check references
- Only pay via a trusted, verified third party that ensures that your money / devices are safe and that both sides are honest

I have known a reliable supplier for used cell phones from California. It's called Bikair. It's a recycle company, they do almost all models of recent smartphones. Regarding volume, as I know last year they collect $1 mil worth cellphones per month. They also doing reverse logistic with many carriers to manage the return/used phone.

But the problem is, they rarely responding if anyone wants to purchase from them. This is the main factor why they are so reliable. They handpicked the buyers, only select good buyer as their partner. Therefore, if you already registered as their buyer, most likely they will keep you all the time.

I was registered as their partner when i still doing used cell phones business back in 2011. If you want to try, just contact them and look for Mike Williams. He work there as the manager.

Well... I did get in touch with Mike, he's nice person but seems he is not giving me the way to be registered as their member yet
