India will finally receive the Android 2.3 Samsung Galaxy S II. This has been a long time wait for India and on June 9, the Indian market will see the launch of the handset. The price of the Samsung Galaxy S II for India will cost Rs. 32,890 or pre-order the handset via Vodafone for Rs. 1,000, in which the handset via Vodafone will begin its sale on June 3rd.

Features of the Samsung Galaxy S II will include: a dual-core 1.2GHz processor, 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Plus display, TouchWiz UI 4.0, 8MP rear-facing camera, 2MP front-facing camera, 1080p video playback and recording, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0, A-GPS, 16GB internal memory and microSD card slot.
