Samsung Galaxy S III mini 16GB White: problems with gps

Does anyone else have a problem with GPS?
In applications like @life or Sports-tracker i start new workout and GPS is working for few minutes, then it stops. When I unlock the phone it starts working again.
Googe map is also not working as it should.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

I use GPS Status & Toolbox application. When I have fix in this app I have signal in other apps. But the problem is when i lock the screen it seems like the phone shuts down gps after few minutes. I can't tell you exacly how long is gps still working, because it's not allways the same.

Friend of mine has same phone and we tested phones at same time, same route, and his phone recorded full route, my phone lost gps signal when it was locked. And I DON'T use power sawing.

When you say you don't use power saving, have you also tried to go to "Settings", "Data Manager", and turn "Data Saver" off?

I've noticed that some gps apps don't account for phones that turn off GPS when the screen is locked. I know that with map my fitness it periodically checks gps to see where you are to save battery life. I'm curious if you see the same results with My my fitness.

In Settings I have 'Power saving' turned off. I really don't know where is the problem. Is it possible that it's hardware problem?
