Call Forwarding

Forwarding All Calls (Unconditional Forwarding):

  1. Press the "Menu" button while viewing a home screen
  2. Tap "Settings"
  3. Access the "My device" tab
  4. Tap "Call" > "Additional settings" > "Call forwarding"
  5. Tap "Always forward" and enter the phone number towards which want to forward calls
  6. Tap "Enable"

Forwarding Certain Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. From any home screen, press the "Menu" button
  2. Tap "Settings"
  3. Go to "My device" and tap "Call"
  4. Tap "Additional settings" > "Call forwarding"
  5. Select to "Forward when busy", "Forward when unanswered" or "Forward when unreachable"
  6. Type in the phone number to forward the calls to
  7. Tap "Update"

Cancelling Call Forwarding:

  1. While on the home screen, press the "Menu" button
  2. Tap "Settings" and access the "My device" tab
  3. Tap "Call" > "Additional settings" > "Call forwarding"
  4. Touch "Always forward" and select "Disable"

Call Log Management

Viewing the Call Log:

  1. From any home screen, press the "Phone" icon
  2. Access the "Logs" tab to view the call log
  3. To view more details about a call, tap a call log listing

Resetting the Call Log:

  1. Access the "Phone" application
  2. Tap the "Logs" tab
  3. Press the "Menu" button and touch "Delete"
  4. Tap "Select all" and tap "Delete"
  5. Lastly, tap "Delete" again to confirm
